Department of JMC Conducts Outreach Program at Punchrukhi Begum Anowara College

The Department of Journalism and Media Communication (JMC) at Green University of Bangladesh (GUB), in collaboration with the Admission Office, successfully conducted a community outreach program on October 29, 2025, at Punchrukhi Begum Anowara College, located in Araihazar, Narayanganj.

The session attracted around 125 enthusiastic college students, who actively participated in interactive discussions, career-oriented insights, and engaging Q&A sessions. The program aimed to introduce students to the dynamic field of Journalism and Media Communication, while showcasing GUB’s academic excellence, innovative curriculum, and modern learning facilities.

Through this initiative, the Department of JMC sought to inspire young learners to explore future opportunities in media and communication studies and to foster stronger connections between academia and the community.

The event turned into a vibrant day of learning, curiosity, and inspiration, reflecting GUB’s ongoing commitment to expanding educational outreach and empowering the next generation of media professionals.
